  34. I wonder if NewTek has considered a seperate render-only executable.  A simple 
  35. program that, when launched, brings up a dialog box with a file-finder, and 
  36. maybe the rendering resolution controls.  What I mean is, you'd 
  37. model/lay-out/etc with your normal, dongled, registered LW.  Now, you could 
  38. take the scene file, the objects, images, etc and copy them to another 
  39. computer with "RenderIt.exe".  Double click "RenderIt", tell it what file you 
  40. want to render, what resolution screen to render in, and maybe things like 
  41. AntiAliasing ON/OFF, Tracing ON/OFF, StartFrame:__, EndFrame:__, and 
  42. FrameStep:__.  Very simple, very limited, and really dang cool.  This 
  43. "RenderIt" could be put on lots of computers without the need for networking 
  44. or all that stuff.

  46. I s'pose this is a question for Stu since it seems he's the only NewTek 
  47. employee that reads this group.  Maybe John Foust or Lee S could tell us if 
  48. this is a feesable thing for NewTek to do...
